Averil Hull

After a rousing beginning to her career in Savannah GA, Averil soon heard the beckoning call of New York City. It was there she quickly advanced her skills in color, cutting and editorial styling. Averil was able to collaborate with some of the top professionals in the industry on photo-shoots and fashion shows including Louis Vuitton, Bottega Veneta and Victoria Secrets to name a few. Her publication shoots include Vogue, Teen Vogue, Cosmopolitan, Love Magazine, Nylon and Harper’s Bazaar.

This energetic and creative designer knew she had come full circle when her heart was summoned once again to make her mark in Savannah as the new owner of JW Salon and Spa. Her love of business along with her B.A. degree from Kent State University continues to serve her well. Averil enjoys educating both seasoned and younger stylists in cutting and coloring, as well as helping them in developing their careers. No matter what your needs, when it comes to hair, you will find Averil to be the perfect stylist: kind, caring and most of all professional.

With twenty years of experience in the hair industry, Jessica Woolschlager-Roberts has competed in national and international hair competitions. She has also completed advanced training with Schwartzkopf and The DiPietro Todd Academy in San Fransico. Her strong work ethic and focus on education has brought JW Salon & Spa to where it is today, a successful innovative salon and spa.

Abigail has been in the beauty industry for over 9 years. A graduate of Aveda Institute of Charlotte, she has participated in many advanced classes all over the country. Abigail’s attention to detail allows for her to create a hair cut, color and style perfectly fit for each of her clients. She also specializes in braiding and up styles for special events.

Ashlynn began her career six years ago in New York City, specializing in color and precision hair cutting. Her resume also extends to editorial and bridal styling. She has a great eye for detail, stemming from her reoccurring experience in photo shoots and fashion shows, most recently New York Fashion Week. As a member of the JW Salon team, her goal is not only to make your hair beautiful, but healthy as well…life isn’t perfect, but your hair can be!

Meghan Amos

Meghan has lived in Savannah for the past 7 years and has been a hair stylist all over the city. Originally from Alaska, Meghan went to a Goldwell Professional school in Anchorage. She also has experiance working with Davine’s Hair Color and beauty products for 4 years. Meghan’s expertise with fashion forward colors is a service she’s passionate providing customarily for her clientele. Constantly continuing her education and creativity as a stylist, such as balayage techniques and barbering, Meghan strives to provide her clientele with the utmost experience and service with her skills.

Kimberly Scott

Esthetician, Make-up Artist

Kimberly has been an esthetician for more than 15 years and a makeup artist for more than 20 years. Prior to settling in Savannah, she worked in Atlanta spending a combined 8 years at the high-end salon and nationally renowned resort, Chateau Elan. Kimberly is constantly learning and perfecting her craft, with a wide skill set specializing in waxing, facials, makeup and eyelash extensions. Dubbed the “Eyebrow Queen” in school, she is well versed in eyebrow shaping. “What I love most about my job is helping people feel their best and most beautiful…whether it is helping them relax with a custom facial or applying makeup and seeing the smile and confidence on their faces when they look in the mirror.”
